3 Scenario’s when porting a number that is currently under suspension:
- If the user is suspended and they want to move the line to a Bell Personal line they will not be able to do the transfer until authorized by the company.
- If cellphone is suspended the user can still port out to a personal name (CRTC regulations), Bell cannot hold the port.
- The only time Bell can hold the port out is when the line has been suspended as lost and stolen, in this scenario user is not able to port out without approval from the company.
