The following is the process for customers who need assistance with removing Activation Lock.
For Enterprise customers who have not utilized this process prior, they are encouraged to call 866-752-7753 first. An AppleCare Agent will explain the process to remove activation lock and review the process including the documentation required:
- Proof of purchase that clearly shows device serial number or IMEI/MEID and institution name
- Completed Statement of Ownership and Authority
If the customer has previously submitted an Activation Lock request they can send an email request for assistance. They should attach to their email this information with request to expedite turn-around. The following information must be submitted with the request:
– Proof of purchase that clearly shows device serial number or IMEI/MEID and institution name
– Completed Statement of Ownership and Authority
