4.1 Logging a service ticket

The best experience is for us to log the ticket for them if we have the details.  The second best is to offer and request the details. If you require service on an existing device you can log a repair ticket at

http://www.wpci.com/business/customer-care/submit-repair2.asp  and our service manager will connect with you to get it repaired.

Standard repair costs and items to be aware of:

FRP (Android lock) and Blackberry anti-theft removal – $25 fee

Find my iPhone removal – Customer must follow the Activation Lock Removal process found in section 4.5 (Find my iPhone: Remove my device)

Loaner devices provided are as similar as possible (like for like when available ONLY).
