3.4 Fedex (Closing)

Closing Fedex

After shipping has been completed for Fedex you will need to upload the daily trackers to common files. To generate the Fedex report click on the Reports tab.

Once the Report Manager page has loaded select the date for which you need to download the report. This is generally done daily so you will be select today’s date.

On the right side you will need to select the following fields – Ship date, Tracking no, Recipient information, Weight, Your reference and Invoice no. Once everything has been selected click on ‘Create Report’ at the bottom.

After the report has been created click on ‘Download’ at the bottom of the page.

You will notice that a file will be downloaded called “download.csv”.

Click on the file to open it. You will be presented with an incompatible file format error. Simply click on ‘Yes’ to view the file.

Once the file has opened click on Enable Editing. After that simply clean up the file and format it properly and proceed to save it in common files.

The file should be saved in common files under SHIPPING>FEDEX>2020 … etc

Please be sure to save it under the correct date. Always use the same filename convention.

Filename eg: FEDEX – Dec 01, 2020
