To order Fedex shipping supplies first login to the Fedex portal. On the top point at ‘Ship’ and click on ‘Order Shipping Supplies’.

In the supply page, all the items that you can order will be listed here.

Find the item(s) you need to order and in the drop down menu for quantity, select the amount you wish to order and click on ‘Add to cart’.

Once you have added all the items scroll to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Add all and view cart’.

In the summary page you will be asked to verify the details of the order. Supplies Cart will list everything that you have added. If you are satisfied then click on ‘Proceed with order’.

In the Select Shipping Address, verify that the address is correct and click on ‘Confirm your address and complete’.

The last step, you can provide a name to this order or leave blank. Click on ‘Submit order’.

Once you submit the order you will receive the Order Confirmation.

You have now successfully ordered your supplies.

Ordering Thermal Printer Rolls

The only item that cannot be ordered from the portal is the thermal printer roll. For this you will need to contact Fedex at the below number and request for the product label identified below.
